• Englewood Gardens is a 167-unit, scattered site, 100% family Section 8 community located throughout the Englewood neighborhood in Chicago IL. The property received a LIHTC rehab in 1996 and is now into its extended use period.
• Rose Affordable Housing Preservation Fund V, L.P. will own Englewood Gardens in a 90/10 joint venture with 5T Management, a local MWBE.
• Ownership will invest approximately $1 million to address deferred and preventative maintenance scope including both in unit upgrades and systems repair and replacement.
• The property will be managed by 5T Management.
