Owner's Representative—Cold Spring, New York

Glynwood Center

The Glynwood Center is a not-for-profit environmental education center located in Cold Spring, New York. The Center includes a modern conference facility, magnificent gardens and a working farm on 250 acres of land, surrounded by thousands of acres of woodlands and streams. All of the land is permanently preserved by conservation easements and public ownership.

The Glynwood Center works with communities to improve the quality of decisions made at the local level— especially regarding economic development and the conservation of natural and cultural resources. The Center helps community leaders build new skills, gain the confidence they need, connect to larger networks and apply innovative ideas from around the world.

Jonathan Rose Companies, acted as project manager, helped manage the planning, design and construction of the site’s infrastructure and facilities.
