Independent Film Project Made In NY Media Center
Jonathan Rose Companies was selected as an Owner’s Advisor to assist the Independent Film Project in their management of the Made in NY Media Center.
Located in 20 Jay street in Dumbo, Brooklyn, this 20,000 SF EDC funded incubator space will promote collaboration between Entertainment, Advertising and New Media Industries and offer educational programs to support the next generation of innovators.
The IFP offices are also housed in the center.
The Project opened in October, 2013 and the Theater opened a month later in November, 2013.
