Perry Rose provided owner's representative services for new construction of a 50 unit assisted living community caring for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. Life-affirming, therapeutic environment emphasizes strengths and supports wellness by providing a activities to help each individual stay fit and connected socially. Each house opens into the central “Town Square” with daily activities including the Town Hall Activities Room, Art Studio, Quiet Haven, Sweet Shoppe, Exercise/Spa/Massage Suite, and Resident Office. The building and grounds are fully-secured with an integrated resident-to-staff call system, and exterior door security system.
