Ethical Culture Fieldston School

The Ethical Culture Fieldston School selected Jonathan Rose Companies as their Owner's Representative for their campus Master Plan. The $60M scope of work includes a new Adler (STEAM) lab in both the Fieldston and Ethical Culture Lower School, complete renovation of the Tate Library to house the 50,000 volume collection in a 21st Century Learning Commons, and the construction of an Interdisciplinary building to serve the middle and High Schools. In addition, Jonathan Rose Companies served as the Owner's Representative on a new artificial turf Athletic Field on the Fieldston Campus that was conceived, approved and completed within one year and has assisted the Fieldston campus in organizing a strategy for campus wide permits, filings and certificates of occupancy.
