Our Team
Kelly Boyer, Managing Director of Rose Community Capital, joined the team in July, 2017. In her new role, she is responsible for expanding the FHA origination and underwriting platform with a focus on west coast FHA lending. Products include FHA insured financing for multifamily housing, nursing homes, hospitals, and skilled memory care facilities. As a relationship banker, Kelly engages in lending activities throughout the United States; she goes where her clients go.
