From Theatre to Performing Arts Complex

Signature Theatre had outgrown its current location and sought an expansive new home. We introduced Signature to the developer of a new multi-use tower in Manhattan’s Theatre District, and then provided project management, design coordination, and construction oversight services to complete the new performing arts center.
