Rose Opportunity Council
The “Rose Opportunity Council” is charged with the responsibility of integrating best practices into our policies and procedures to ensure our ways of working align with our values and Culture Code.
The Council’s core responsibilities are to:
- Establish firmwide organizational culture commitments
- Review the Firm's policies and procedures to ensure alignment with these commitments
- Provide ongoing research, recommendations, and policy guidance to the Management Committee on creating a Community of Opportunity within the company
- Track the Firm's progress in this work
