Wellness boutique opens in Brooklyn Heights
Jonathan Rose Companies, Bedrock Real Estate Partners, JD Capital USA and Nuveen Real Estate have launched leasing at The Pierrepont.
The new “wellness-oriented” boutique in Brooklyn Heights has 90 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
In keeping with the developer’s mission to create green communities that are healthier for both residents and their neighborhoods, the project features an environmentally-sustainable design and a wellness-driven amenities.

Located at 146 Pierrepont Street between Clinton and Court, the building is comprised of two 20-story towers connected by a two-story common area centered around a garden and children’s play area.
Many apartment homes offer views of Manhattan, the East River and downtown Brooklyn. The building also features 6,000 square feet of retail space.
Designed by Marvel Architects, the building is a modern interpretation of the historic Brooklyn Heights neighborhood.
The building will both meet and exceed the standards of Enterprise Green Communities.
Amenities include a meditation room, library, and private Zen garden.
A curated art collection of rising American female artists is featured throughout the building.
Leasing will be handled exclusively by The Bloomstone Group. Move-ins are expected to begin Spring 2019.
