Kixeye is establishing a customer support office at the Yeon building, 522 S.W. Fifth Ave.
It’s another win for the Yeon and its New York-based owner Jonathan Rose Cos.
Jonathan Rose paid $8.9 million for the half-empty, 15-story building in 2011 and invested millions more to convert its 130,000 square feet into creative office space.
