The Gale Eckington is a 603-unit multifamily community located at 151 Q Street NE in Washington, DC. Originally constructed in 2013, the property has undergone a $9 million renovation program since acquisition, including roof replacement, common area and amenity enhancements, and in-unit upgrades.

As part of its commitment to sustainability and pursuit of GreenPoint Rated certification, the property has implemented a range of energy and water efficiency improvements, including the installation of a 330-kW solar photovoltaic system, HVAC replacements, low-flow water fixtures, site-wide LED lighting, and domestic hot water pipe insulation.
