The Pierrepont

The Pierrepont will be a beautiful, well-appointed, family-oriented rental apartment building in the heart of Brooklyn Heights, the most sought after residential community in Brooklyn. The project will feature large apartments, green design, a floor of dedicated amenities, and high quality retail space.

The building is comprised of a 19-story tower on Montague Street and a 19-story tower on Pierrepont Street connected by a common 2-story base. The project will be approximately 160,000 gross square feet, containing 86 apartments and approximately 6,000 square feet of ground floor commercial area with street frontage on both Montague and Pierrepont.

The architectural character of the building is defined by brick facades with a rhythm and proportion that will fit in with the historic nature of the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood but are detailed with a clearly modern distinction. The building will also have numerous sustainable features that will exceed the requirements for Enterprise Green Communities certification.

The residential units will be 80% luxury rental and 20% affordable. The apartments have been designed to accommodate families, the majority of which are 2-3 bedrooms, with full-floor apartments on many of the tower floors. All apartments will feature high-quality finishes including hardwood floors, porcelain tile bathrooms, and an energy-efficient, quiet VRF system for heating and cooling. Kitchens will feature stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops with ceramic tile backsplashes. Every unit will include a vented washing machine and dryer. Some units will also feature private outdoor terraces.
